No! Our routes are flat and traffic-calmed. We ride at a relaxed pace with plenty of stops for photos and stories. If you can ride a bike, you can do our tours. The Hidden City (90 min, 12.5 km) is the easiest option.

Yes, ages 12 and up are welcome. Youth participants (12-17) must be accompanied by at least one adult. All routes are flat and suitable for confident young cyclists.

All tours depart from and return to the Barbican Centre, Silk Street, London EC2Y 8DS. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. The nearest tube station is Barbican (Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan lines).

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for cycling and the weather. We recommend layers in cooler months. We provide hi-vis vests and helmets. Closed-toe shoes are required.

We prefer all guests to use our bikes so the group rides at a consistent pace and we can ensure safety standards. If you have a specific requirement, please contact us to discuss.

Tours run rain or shine — this is London! We provide hi-vis vests and our guides carry spare waterproofs. In extreme weather (storms, ice, dangerous wind), we'll cancel and offer a full refund or free reschedule.

Yes. Our routes prioritise quiet back streets, parks, and dedicated cycle lanes. We avoid busy main roads wherever possible. Your guide will brief you on road safety before departure and lead the group at all times.

Yes, helmets are mandatory on all our tours. We provide well-maintained helmets in a range of sizes at no extra charge.

All our guides are first-aid trained and carry a first-aid kit. We hold public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of a serious incident, your guide will call emergency services immediately.

Cancel more than 48 hours before your tour for a full refund. Between 24-48 hours, we offer a free reschedule (no refund). Less than 24 hours, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. See our full cancellation policy.

If we cancel a tour due to extreme weather (storms, ice, dangerous wind), you'll receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice. We'll notify you by email and phone as soon as the decision is made.

Yes, you can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your tour, subject to availability. Contact us by email or phone to arrange a new date.

Yes! For groups of 10-20, we offer private tours with a dedicated guide. We can also customise the route for corporate events, hen/stag parties, and team-building days. Contact us for a quote.
