What We Collect

When you book a tour, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and country of residence. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to process bookings, send confirmation and reminder emails, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Retention

Personal data is automatically anonymised 90 days after your booking date. Financial records (amounts, booking references) are retained for 6 years per HMRC requirements.
