More than 48 hours before
Full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
24-48 hours before
No refund, but we offer a free reschedule to any available date within 12 months.
Less than 24 hours before
Unfortunately, no refund or reschedule is available for cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a tour (e.g., extreme weather), you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule - your choice. We will notify you by email and phone as soon as the decision is made.
